The audio of Current starring Sushanth and Sneha Ullal in the main roles was launched on a grand style at Annapurna Studios, Hyderbad.
Four songs were launched at the homes of directors Puri Jagannadh, Sukumar, Seenu Vytla and Sekhar Kammula. Nagarjuna released the fifth song at Annapurna studios.
The flick is directed by Surya Prathap. Chintalapudi Sirnivasa Rao and A Naga Suseela have jointly produced the flick under Sri Nag Corporation banner. Devi Sri Prasad scored the music for this flick.
Nagarjuna, Sushanth, Sneha Ullal, Surya Pratap, Naga Suseela, Chintalapudi Srinivasa Rao, Devi Sri Prasad, Bhaskarabhatla Ravi Kumar, Ramajogaiah Sastri, Naga Suseela and others attended the function.

Genelia teams with Ram Charan
Genelia signs another movie for `Bommarillu` Bhaskar, produced by Anjana productions, with Ram Charan Teja in the lead.
Harris Jairaj scores the music and has already recorded two songs for the film. Shooting starts from the end of June for this curious combination.

Raju bags Evarainaa Epudainaa for Nizam
Debutant director, Marthand Venkatesh, has directed Varun Sandesh and Vimala Raman in Evarainaa Epudainaa. The movie is getting ready for release shortly. The film is reportedly doing good business.
Raju, the producer-distributor with the midas touch, has reportedly bought the Nizam rights for the film. The movie will hit the screens by the end of June. The film's audio will be released on 1 June.

Jagapathi Babu as Chiranjeevi
P.A. Arun Prasad of Thammudu and Bhale Vaadivi Boss-U! fame is all set to direct Jagapathi Babu in his forthcoming film. The film is tentatively titled Maa Naanna Chiranjeevi.
Arun Prasad, who also directed small movies such as Gowtham SSC and Prema Sandadi in the past, is directing two films currently. One of them stars Brahmanandam and Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy himself as the Chief Minister. The other one, Yaagam, starring Navadeep, Kim Sharma, and Bhumika in Bhumika's home production, is wrapping up soon. The venture planned with Jagapathi Babu may thus have to wait some more.
Meanwhile, Jagapathi Babu is still the producers' favourite star despite flops such as Siddham and Bangaaru Babu and average flick such as Adhineta.
He's busy with a string of films up his sleeve. Srinivas Reddy of Yamagola Malli Modalaindi is doing his next with Jagapathi Babu, and Madan of Pellaina Kotthalo... is back with Pravarakhyudu as the hero. The next couple of months will thus see the muhurtam clap for at least three movies starring Jagapathi Babu.

Jagapathi Babu’s family entertainer
Hero Jagapati Babu is acting in new film titled Maa Nanna Chiranjeevi.
The movie is based on father-son son sentiment and it has the tagline ‘Ante Pedda Hero’. Neelima is the heroine in this film and Atulit who acted in Venkatesh’s film Tulasi is playing the role of Jagapati Babu’s son.
Arun Prasad of Tammudu and Gowtam SSC fame is directing the film. The movie is being produced under the banner - Laughing Lords Entertainment. Chakri is scoring the music for this flick.
Jagapati Babu said that the film was finished to 70 percent of the schedule. “The heroine’s role has a close resemblance to the character played by Aamani is Shubalagnam movie.”
Heroine Neelima said that it was her first film with Jagapathi Babu, which made her excited all the way. The film is set for release in July mid.
Venky’s next is Namo Venkatesa
Hero Venkatesh is going to act in new film titled as ‘Namo Venkatesa’ opposite Trisha, thus repeating the combination of Aduvari Matalaku Ardhale Verrule, which was a super duper hit and even, grabbed the Nandi Award also.
Sreenu Vaitla of ‘Dhee’, ‘Dubai Sreenu’, ‘Ready’ and ‘King’ – all of which were mass entertainers - is directing the film. The film will be produced by Giri of 'Sye' fame and D Suresh Babu is going to present the movie. The film will be launched in June.
The movie is said to be a complete family entertainer. Venky is going to play very fascinating role in this film.
Currently, Venkatesh is busy in working for the film ‘Eenadu’ with Kamal Hassan. The film is the remake of Bollywood hit film - A Wednesday.
Sneha’s action flick gets ready
Sneha is shedding her girl-next-door image for an action film, Bhavani IPS.
She plays the role of a cop and has done some risky shots without the help of any body-doubles.
Sneha had to shed a lot of weight for this movie. After a tough exercise regimen, she looks highly toned and tough enough to play a cop.
The film is a remake of Vijayashanti’s blockbuster Vyjayanti IPS. Sneha is now mostly concentrating on Kollywood. Her chances in Tollywood hit a roadblock in the recent past, thanks to the onslaught of Mumbai girls, who are hot property for their glamour quotient.
